Is This For You?

The Self-Love Club might be for you if…

  • You want to bring more creativity and movement into your life, but aren’t sure where to start.
  • You miss feeling playful.
  • You want self-love to feel more natural and less like another thing you have to work at.
  • You’re looking for encouragement, not another thing to achieve.
  • You want to feel more comfortable expressing yourself and following what feels good to you.
You don’t have to fit into a mold.
You just have to be you.

Be the First to Know

You Might
Be Wondering

What should I have on hand?

Nothing elaborate. Basic art supplies, something to write with, comfortable clothes you can move in, and anything else that feels useful to you. If a particular experience calls for something additional, I’ll let you know ahead of time.

How much time should I set aside each week?

Most weekly experiences will take around 10–20 minutes. You can always spend more time with one if you want to, or keep it shorter when that’s what works for you.

Do I need to complete everything?

Not at all. Choose what speaks to you and skip anything that doesn’t. There’s no falling behind here and nothing you need to catch up on.
